Q: What type of customers does each branch serve?
A: Our Landscape Maintenance & Irrigation departments cater to HOA’s, Commercial & Municipalities. Our Landscape design & construction department specializes in high end back yard renovations & new constructions with a top notch designer. Unfortunately we do not service residential customers.
Q: What makes Del Conte’s Landscaping different from any other landscaping firm?
A: In a very few words, “longevity and experience.” While we are a larger firm than many, that doesn’t affect the personal touch entailed in each project, rather our size, efficiency and buying power can help with project economies and completion schedules.
Q: How many divisions does your company have?
A: We have our Landscape Design & Construction department which specializes in over the top backyard designs from custom decks, paving and more. We also have our Commercial landscape department where we cater to HOA’s, commercial projects & municipalities. Lastly we have our Irrigation department where we have customize your water usage to save you money and time. We also have a sister company Vision Recycling where we transform local organics into recycled material.
Q: How do you communicate with your customers?
A: We pride ourselves on our commitment to unparalleled communication with our clients. We’ve developed processes to facilitate good communication. We are big on preventative maintenance as we strive to prevent issues from happening. We are known to have extensive checklists for everything from the maintenance on our vehicles, to site inspections, to keeping track of issues along with a system to make sure we’re communicating the right information in a timely manner.
Q: Will your employees be safe and respectful of my property?
A: We pride our company on integrity. On average each employee has been with the company over 5+ years. All of our employees wear company uniforms for easy identification. We have a strict code of conduct & professionalism. Del Conte’s Landscaping staff will not access areas of a client’s home that aren’t within the scope of work. Customers often tell us how impressed they were by the way their property was maintained during the construction process and how our crews clean up and kept the site neat & tidy. In addition, clients often express their gratitude for the level of respect our employees demonstrate while on the job.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: Our commercial landscape teams service the entire San Francisco Bay area including most of Contra Costa, Alameda, and San Mateo Counties. Our landscape yards in Hayward, Antioch, Livermore and our base location & corporate offices are located in Fremont. Our Landscape construction team’s based in the peninsula. Some areas may be too distant for efficiency, please inquire to see if we service your location.
Q: Why is there a different name for your construction company?
A: We believe in opportunity. We have partnered up with long time employee’s Ricardo Magana & Mario Hernandez who have both been with the company since the beginnings. They have both worked hard to prove that they are the backbone of their divisions. In mid 2021 Del Conte’s Landscaping has partnered up with Ricardo & Mario to formalize Del Conte’s M & H Landscape Construction.
